Delivery

We ship goods to all cities in Lithuania.

Price: free delivery to parcel lockers from 59Eur

Duration: 1-5 business days, delivery period depends on the availability of courier services. In major Lithuanian cities, parcels are also delivered to parcel machines on Saturdays. Delivery time may be longer on holidays. During the holiday period, parcel delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Location: the parcel is picked up at the selected Omniva or LP Express parcel machine.

Note: the parcel is kept in the parcel locker for 7 days, if not collected within the appropriate time, it is returned to the sender.

Return

RETURN DEADLINE: Goods purchased in the online store www.lebody.lt can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods. We do not accept goods after the deadline.

WHAT GOODS WE ACCEPT BACK: Goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the current legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Important: for hygiene reasons, according to Article 6.22810, underwear and socks, as well as tights, are not exchangeable and non-returnable, we accept back goods of other categories (bras, shorts, corsets, leotards, leggings, T-shirts, swimsuits) if the packaging of the goods is not damaged and the goods are in good condition.

The Buyer shall pay the costs of exchanging/returning Goods of suitable quality. We do not charge for collection, in which case the shipment will be returned to the Buyer, with the Buyer paying the shipping costs.

WHERE TO SEND THE GOODS: In order to return or exchange the Goods, within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must return them together with the purchase invoice (which was received together with the Goods) to the following address and, by filling out the return form at the OMNIVA self-service, send it to the following address: OMNIVA parcel machine, Kęstučio g. 37, 77730 Vilnius, UAB Karlonė, +370 637 66622

WHO PAYS RETURN COSTS: Return costs are paid by the buyer, the seller does not reimburse return costs.

If the Buyer received free delivery of goods under the free delivery promotion "Free delivery for purchases of EUR 59 and more" (or another free delivery promotion with a minimum basket value restriction), but the Buyer later returns them (or the amount of the basket of retained goods becomes less than EUR 49), in this case the Seller has the right to deduct EUR 2.50 in delivery costs from the refunded amount.

The money is returned to the buyer's account from which the product was paid.

When returning the Goods to the Seller, the following conditions must be met:

The returned Product must be in its original, neat packaging, with labels; the product will not be accepted without labels (this point does not apply if a poor-quality product is returned);

The item must be unworn;

The product and its packaging must be undamaged by the Buyer;

The product must be unused and in good condition (not stained, not damaged, the box is not torn, the label is not damaged, the protective film is not torn, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of a returned product of poor quality);

The returned Product must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;

We may refuse to accept the return of the product if changes have been made to the appearance of the product or packaging that were not necessary to inspect the product, including damaged labels, torn protective films, and damage to transparent packaging that would not prevent the exercise of the right to inspect the product.

If the packaging damage to the product causes the product to be unable to be sold later at the same price, without violating the rights of another Buyer of this product to purchase a new and unused product, such products may only be returned by our mutual agreement (e.g. if you agree to compensate for the difference in depreciation of the product).

The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement and return the following Goods to the Seller:

1. Quality Goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, damaged their packaging or due to other actions taken by the Buyer, the Goods have lost their commercial appearance, as well as incomplete goods (for example, specific parts of the Goods have been lost, labels have been torn off, original manufacturer's packaging has been damaged, etc.);

2. Other Goods that the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.

Goods can be exchanged/returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt.

When withdrawing from the contract (returning the Goods), the Buyer must immediately and no later than within 3 (three) days from the date of submitting the notice of return to the Seller, send or transfer the Goods to the Seller. When returning the Goods, the Buyer must properly package the Goods so that they are not damaged during shipping. The Seller is not responsible for parcels that were sent improperly packaged and therefore damaged during shipping.

The Seller, upon receipt of the exchanged/returned Product, undertakes to inform the Buyer within 5 (five) business days whether the Product met the return/exchange criteria. If the returned/exchanged Product meets these criteria, the Seller undertakes to replace the Product or refund the money paid within 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment of receipt of the Product to the bank account specified by the Buyer (the amount is paid with a gift voucher, returned with a gift voucher in accordance with clause 8 of these rules).

The Seller may not refund the amounts paid by the Buyer until the Goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the Goods have been sent to the Seller. The Seller has the right not to accept the Goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning the Goods set out in this Return Policy.
